When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider and similar. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. The data controller uses the customer relationship management system (CRM system) of the provider Salesforce (Salesforce). is a service of the provider Germany GmbH, Erika-Mann-Str. 63, 80636 Munich, Germany. The responsible person uses Salesforce to be able to process enquiries from users of the website, as well as from customers and interested parties, more quickly and efficiently. Salesforce only uses this data for the technical processing of the enquiries and does not pass it on to third parties. To use Salesforce, at least a correct e-mail address is required. Pseudonymous use is possible. In the course of processing service requests, it may be necessary to collect further data (name, address).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the CRM system Salesforce is Art.6 para.1 p.1 lit.f DSGVO.

3. Purpose of the processing of personal data

The purpose of the use of Salesforce is the fast and efficient maintenance of relationships with customers and interested parties, as well as the response to corresponding enquiries.

4. Data deletion and storage period

We delete CRM data if it is no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years. In addition, the statutory archiving obligations apply.

5. Possibility of objection and removal

If you do not agree with the processing of your data in Salesforce’s systems, we offer you alternative ways of contacting us. You can contact us by e-mail, telephone, fax or post.


9. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We use Adobe Typekit to display fonts on our website. Adobe Typekit is a service that provides access to a font library and is provided by the company Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (Adobe). 13. Google DoubleClick
We use DoubleClick, a service provided by Google Inc. DoubleClick uses cookies to serve user-based advertisements. Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

15. Use of social media buttons
The social media buttons on this website (Facebook, Twitter, Google+) are implemented as pure hyperlinks. Therefore, no data is transmitted to these companies when you visit our website. If you click on one of the buttons, you will be taken to the respective social media platform with the current page you are on as a reference. So you can simply share or like it there. 16. Contact form and chat – Zendesk & Zopim
We use the ticket system Zendesk, a customer service platform of Zendesk Inc, 989 Market Street #300, San Francisco, CA 94102, to process customer enquiries. We also use the chat tool Zopim of the company Zendesk.

In order to process your enquiries, necessary data such as your surname, first name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address are collected via our website in order to be able to respond to your request for information.  Zendesk is a certified participant of the so-called “Privacy Shield Framework” and thus fulfils the minimum requirements for legally compliant commissioned data processing.

If you contact us by e-mail or via the form on the website, we will only use the personal data you provide to process your specific enquiry. The data provided will be treated confidentially. The data provided and the message history with our service desk will be stored for follow-up questions and subsequent contact. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

We have concluded an order data processing contract with Zendesk and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Zendesk.


17. Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or, apart from the mandatory data storage for business processing, deleted. Please contact our data protection officer for this purpose. You will find the contact details at the bottom of this page.

To ensure that a blocking of data can be taken into account at any time, this data must be kept in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of data, unless there is a legal archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.
